Generic PS4.5

Enclosed Jet transition and Procedures Trainer

Available in the ProJet version with conventional flight controls (yokes) and the EuroJet version as a fly-by-wire airliner with sidestick flight controls, the Generic PS4.5 is a fixed-base, fully enclosed Flight Training Device (FTD) with rear-section, modelled on a narrow-body jet airliner.

It is the affordable solution for the ‘airline bridging’ training market, designed for Jet Transition and Multi-Crew type pilot training. The PS4.5 incorporates many actual aircraft parts to provide an extremely realistic environment. It includes two pilot seats, an instructor and observer seat, 220 degree, direct projection visual system and has been certified to meet FAA Level Advanced Aviation Training Device (AATD).

Flight schools and universities can enhance their pilot training product range by offering advanced training such as Jet Orientation and Multi-Crew Courses. Airlines have the ability to utilise these devices for training that do not require certified Full Flight Simulators (FFS) such as Jet Transition training, pilot recruitment, and systems training.
